Hello,
I am afraid I am going to need a little more information before I can provide an answer here. I am not sure in what way you are using the SMS functionality and how you have this integrated. Can you give me a little more info on what you have set up?

I have a voxeo DID that uses an imified bot as defigned on the voxeo setup. Users sending to that DID are not showing up as users on the Imified side eventhough it does respond correctly.

Thanks for the additional info. RIght now this will not work because of the current design. We do have pans to implement a solution in the future which would link the Imified API with your evolution account credentials which would allow this to work. This is something on our roadmap we hope to have it soon.
