Accessing Raw XMPP stanzas / Sending Custom XMPP

Hello,
Is it possible to access the raw XMPP stanzas coming from Jabber or GTalk? For example, my application takes advantage of the child element as described in RFC 3921 2.1.2 (Child Elements - http://xmpp.org/rfcs/rfc3921.html#stanzas). I don't see any way to get access to that information from your API but if I can get the raw XMPP elements I can handle it from there.

   Hi Matt,

   Sorry, we do not currently provide access to the raw xmpp packet although
   this may potentially be made available when we release our the production
   version of our platform this summer.

   Thanks much for the quick reply. Is there perchance a business development contact at your company with whom I could speak about this and what my company is up to? We're a Seattle startup working in an adjacent space. Might be worth exploring some opportunities.
