Cannot activate msn?

Now your reading ill get into my problem ^.^
ive enterd my bots msn: ***@live.co.uk
and password and in NickName i put my name: MPGH B0T
EVERY info is right -.-
Do you still support MSN?
I just click activate and it times out

   Well, we are aware of some users having trouble connecting msn screen names specifically via the web interface. We are working on the issue and hope to have it working better soon. Can you run your app on another network while you test?

   Yes, looks like your entering everything the right way. This is most likely
   an issue on our end. However, we have noticed that if you try multiple
   times, it may connect.
