MSN's login servers are sometimes a little flaky. Generally trying a
second time a few moments later will cause it to work. We had a known
issue with activating MSN and Yahoo a few days ago that has since been
resolved. If you haven't tried this in the last couple of days, please
try again now.
Also, make sure that you're using the entire MSN email address as your
username. i.e. If your Passport is ***@live.com, using just
"sample" will not work. You need to use "***@live.com" as your
username.

Just did some testing and could not duplicate the issue with not being able
to connect MSN names. Try again.

What's the username of the MSN bot you're trying to connect?
Also, how long is your password? We've seen some issues with long
passwords (14 characters or more) on MSN. Please don't put your
password here, since this is a public discussion -- just tell me how
many characters are in it.

The username is ***@hotmail.com and the lenght of the password is 11 characters. Thanks Adam.

We had a short traffic spike a few moments ago. If you just got that
message in the last few minutes, please try again.

Hey, i used another username (another e-mail) to login and work it. But i need to login with my username ***@hotmail.com, i don't want to change my e-mail address.
What could be happening?

I can't get any of our test accounts to fail. I wonder if the dot in
the IM name or something in your password is preventing this account
from connecting.
Are you able to connect this account from an IM client?

Adam,
I used to connect since one month ago the ***@hotmail.com as username, and i change the password to a one with 6 characters yesterday. I can't connect it since the last monday.
250 users has the bot in their accounts.
How can i do to connect this account from an IM client?
Thanks again for your time Adam.
