Can I use this API to exchange messaging in Window Live Messenger ?

Hello.

I just want to get confirmation that can I use this API to exchange messages (chat) of Window Live Messenger users?

    Isn't Window Live the MSN network? If I'm not wrong you can for sure use the bot for it :)

    Yes, you can use IMfied to connect a bot to MSN (Windows live messenger)
