Is Imified being supported? At all?

I am very concerned that Imified is no longer supported.

I spent the time to read the docs, integrate my application, etc - only to find out that some of the promised API features are broken ( retrieving online status, for example ) and more importantly, that AIM and Yahoo Messenger integration don't work at all. ( Gmail does )

What's the deal? This is very frustrating. Please contact me.

If you trust the promises of the stuff it will be better in the future, they are saying that they have deactivated the features (as far as I remember, very long time now, lol), but I didn't give up the hope ;)

Oh and don't forget, it's a FREE service!

Ben, please open a private ticket or send an email to ***@imified.com with the screen names that you are not able to connect.

To close this thread - After talking with Chris from Tropeo / Voxeo today, I have been reassured that Imified IS being supported. :)

They have acknowledged that there have been difficulties lately due to over-demand on their servers but they are working to increase capacity.

@HostedDinner - I understand your point that it is a free service, but I need a reliable service to work for my business. Cost is less of a concern than reliability for my use case.
