Gtalk, Windows Live bots offline

Dear Imified team,

our Google Talk and Windows Live bots are currently offline. We already tried to restart them by deactivating and reactivating the connections, yet we did not succeed. Furthermore, when I add the Windows Live bot to my contact list, it does not accept my contact-add-request and stays offline for me.

    In regard to the Gtalk screen name you are attempting to connect, we currently do not support gtalk screen names that are custom domains. For MSN, I would simply ask that you try connecting again.
