MSN bot offline

First I created a hotmail account for the bot, and tested that the account works with a msn client.

Then created a chat bot, and added the msn network to the settings, and can interact with it with the debugger,

But when I add this contact to other msn clients, the bot status is offline.

Can anyone help me?

   We're experiencing an issue right now with some MSN/Windows bots.
   We're working to resolve the problems. I'll let you know when it's
   fixed.

   The MSN issues have been resolved and all bots are now operational.
