Debugger works, but no bots online

I added an AIM screenname to my bot, but when I add it to my buddy list in my AIM client (from my regular screen name) I don't see it online and can't send it messages. When I use the debugger, messages seem to send to it fine and post to my callback php script on my server. The problem being that I can't send a message to it from a regular AIM screen name and get a userkey. Is there something I'm missing here?

    What's your bot.im user name?
