Problems at requesting user details on GTalk bot

Hi support team,

I am facing a problem with one of the API methods 'Requesting User Details'. I am trying to obtain some details by using the respective apimethod (getuser) and the response is always 500: Internal Server Error.

Is there any problems related to your servers or the Google Talk servers ?
