My bot have been down for some time as well. It seems like this type of service is not very stable and therefore impossible to make any commercial solution from this type of technology.
I guess I just have to move on.

Hi Gerrard,
Are you having trouble connecting an msn screen name or is this a screen
name you have connected to a bot but is no longer online? Also, please send
over the screen name so we can take a look at our logs.

Both, First, when I created the bot, I added "***@live.com" as MSN screen name, It didn't get online but it replied to my messages.
Next day it still was offline and this time it didn't reply my messages so I removed the screen name and tried to add it again with no luck.. the 'loading' gif stay moving but the bot doesn't get online
When I refresh the page, the bots screen name fields are blank again
Right now its working with jabber only

Hi Gaute,
Sorry for the MSN issues, The team is working on resolving this issue as
soon as possible. We believe it is an MSN protocol change and are tracking
it down.

Again my bots, ***@bot.im and ***@bot.im have been down for some days now - I have rebooted them without any luck. Please advice. It is very hard to make business when the bot is more offline than online :-(

I receive the following response from MSN:
358** is not active!
If you cannot find a solution for MSN, at least fix Yahoo. It was working until yesterday :(

@gaute If you start a private message (or a public message that i can then mark as private) then I can work with you on your issue since it will not allow you to post your bot's name in a public chat.
