Windows LIVE / MSN Bot offline

Hi Guys
just started playing with creating a sample bot. Got it working - tied to a MSN account (***@thecryptic.com), but suddenly it went offline.
I checked the tab for MSN, and there is a deactivate button. Wondering if this is a known issue and how to resolve it?
Also, it seems that when the bot is running, it doesnt show the Display Picture or the name that I setup, is this a known issue too?

Hi All,
Just an update - when i recreated a new bot (configuration), i was able to get the bot online and have it stay online. It's been 2 days now and it's still online which is great!
Any update on supporting Display Picture or Bot Name for Windows Live Messenger?

Hi Rob,
We do not support any management of the display picture for your screen
name. We are working to make this feature available in an upcoming version
though.

Sorry, we do not currently provide support for the display name either. We
ask that you enter a display name in the setting for your bot as we do
intend on supporting this in a future release.
