My MSN bot always stay online

Hi,

My MSN bot always stay online, i can't close or restart my bot. Bot does not work too but staying online. Broke.
What should I do ?

   Hello,

   The general idea is for the bot to always stay online. If you no longer want the bot to be active on your account, I would suggest that you login to your account and disable the bot. If you are not able to login to the account and change the bot status please send us the bot username and we can take a look into it for you.
