The system is not offline. Sorry if we missed an earlier issue you had. Can you let me know what's not working for you so I can fix it? Specifically, can you let me know the bot.im screen name and any other screen names you have attached to your app.

We use ***@bot.im
I have setup connectors to AIM, GTalk and Yahoo as "mtsinaishul" and I try every few hours to connect to MSN as "mtsinaishul". None of them work and yesterday, even our SMS didn’t work.
However, ***@bot.im always works.

James, I see you also have a yahoo bot connected that is online as well. Can
you please let me know what your msn screen name is? Are you sure you
entering the right screen name and that the screen name is not logged in
anywhere else? I ask because we currently have a number of msn screen names
connected without issue

Hi,
I have the same problem.
Yahoo is OK but MSN and Gtalk cannot connect.
MSN : livedic_robot
Gtalk : livedicrobot

On AIM, yahoo, msn and gtalk the username is "mtsinaishul".
The users are not logged on anywhere else. Any other ideas?
I get a timeout when I try to register my MSN account. Also, my gtalk and aim are not online (though yahoo is working).

Jabber, SMS and Yahoo seem to work fine now
Do you no longer support GTalk, MSN and AIM?

Yes, those networks are still supported and we have a number of bots
connected to those networks currently. We have however heard of instances
like yours where you are not able to connect these screen names via the web
interface. We are currently working on this problem.

Things are just getting worse and worse.
Jabber and Yahoo are no longer working. They are online but don't respond to my messages.
GTalk, AIM and MSN still don't work.

Well, let's see. Let's wait a few more days.
Bugs are ok. The problem was that almost nothing was working.
BUT NOW seems things are getting better:
GTALK is online but not responding. :(
MSN/YAHOO/AIM is up and running! :)
