Cant activate my bot in Gtalk.

I cant activate my bot in Gtalk.The user name password &
nickname all r right but it shows sometime
"Connection attempt timed out. Please try activating again" or
"Connection failed. Check the username/password you entered" Whats
the prob?And plz also tell me the username submitting format.
is it ***@gmail.com or only the
username "xyz" i hav to put in username field?

no need to open an account for the gtalk, if you can't. You can use default bot address on gtalk or jabber .
use ***@bot.im

post #2 will not work nowadays. Jabber is broken. Do not work.
Only activated Gtalk is properly working nowadays. Nothing more: MSN, Yahoo, AIM, Jabber....NOTHING is working.
At least in my bots.

Ok friends am just create my bot and add to my gtalk & it added to my friend list.But it some times online & sometimes offline.I read the API and change the status of my bot in gtalk..When i updated bots status i am getin error like ur bot not activate in your network..Then i try to activate it in gtalk with my username ***@gamil.com & password & nick name.But i always get same error which i wrote.Then am triyng to activate it in yahoo network ohh it get activated & changed my bot status through API for yahoo network & the bots status also change in gtalk network so why we hav to activate our bots for particular network.

I hav been using this service frm long time but today it cant connect to Gtalk
i deactivated and now i m activating it then it says
"Connection attempt timed out. Please try activating again"

Ashis, I'm not playing with status. I only have my networks always online, so maybe I cannot help you that much. But this way what I can tell you in my bots are:

i have same problem...
my gtalk id stays online though its deactivated...and its not responding..
i cant even activate other yahoo or gtalk id... (may be bcoz gtalk id stays online but i cant stop that by deactivating also....even bot restart cant help me)

@Maulik Yesterday its woked well. But most of time its show offline. When i send a message in offline mode it resp. me. But today i cant get any response. I restart my bot but nothing... Is this server prob? I dont know. I hope it will be solved soon.

Sorry for the troubles and thanks for your patience. Things should be
running better now. We are right in the middle of completing some big
changes that will greatly improve the stability of our hosted bot platform.
In the meantime we're also trying to keep the current platform humming
along. There may be some hiccups from time to time in the immediate future.

When it show online in gtalk, i send a msg to my bot & its get offline but give me response.I'm trin 2 many tims.

How do you play with production environment that way? I really can not understand!
It was working before! I do recommend you to rollback production and do your tests under test environment.
Current status and your silence for sure is a bullet in IMified's head.

How do you get a bot to accept an IM invitation?
I have written my bot and sent it variables through a web browser, and know that it functions fine, but I tried to add it to my friends list in google talk and it says the person has been invited? How do I get the bot to accpet the invite?

Try removing the bot from your buddy list and re-adding it. Occassionally
the initial request isn't received by the bot.

somehow your bot.im bot never got created on our xmpp server. I have fixed
this. Please remove the bot from your roster and add it again. One more time
