An API method to "restart" the bots.

I think a really nice API method that would allow users to run the restart (as if from the button) for thier bots would be great. This way I can have a way to restart it programatically.

Think about it please.....

    We'd rather make it completely unnecessary to restart a bot. That
    said, a planned feature is going to be the ability to take your bot
    offline and online through the API.
