My bot is offline & i am unable to restart it.

   Hi - I have also a bot offline and when rebooting I get the following; Looks like something's broken. We're more than likely already working on fixing it. You might want to go back and try again. Seems like there are something fishy going on.

   Btw, the service have been very stable for a long time until now.
