AOL bot stopped and lost settings

I started it last night and this morning the AOL settings were lost and the bot was not running.
I started it again this morning.

   This is a situation we are currently aware of. The way things are currently set up if a bot is to go offline for any reason we will attempt to reconnect that bot three times. If all three attempts to reconnect the bot are unsuccessful we will disable the screen name. We fully understand that this can cause issues for users and force them to reconnect the bot should this happen. We are working on a fix for this now. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do.
