First, thanks for the great service. I'm looking forward to seeing it grow and improve.

For a little over the last week I've had a problem with my networks disconnecting and never coming back online. Yesterday, when I logged in to check the status of my bot I found that the login and password information for all my networks was completely purged from your servers. Right now I'm unable to connect to AIM, Yahoo or GTalk and Twitter wasn't responding the last time I checked.

Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Thank You,
Rafael

Hi I have noticed this strange behavior myself. I don't understand how the information for the networks can just disappear. I have both the Yahoo and MSN gone now - and I am not able to connect. Please advice how to proceed!.

    Thank you,
    Gaute

    Hello All,

The likely cause of the items disappearing is, with the current set up when a bot goes offline for any reason we will attempt to reconnect that bot three times. Once those three attempts are made and all fail, we will deactivate the bot and the user information is lost. We realize this is causing grief for some users and are working on a fix. I apologize for any trouble this may have caused. Please try adding the bots again and let us know if there are any issues.
